Advanced ceramic products start out sharper and stay sharper longer. There may have micro nicks on the blade's edge after using for quite some times. This is the normal process by which any hard material blade will dull. The existence of microchips does not mean the knife is dull; it keeps performing well for quite some time despite of its appearance.
Ceramic knives rarely need to be re-sharpened. They can only be sharpened with a diamond sharpener.
In order to secure your satisfaction with our products, we provide 1 year warranty from the date of purchase of our Konomi products while the products is under normal use and not caused by any abused or misused.

Terms & Conditions
1. The warranty must be registered into our website within 14 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the rights to refuse the late registered product for warranty services providing request.
2. Original copy of proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
3. This is a "limited" warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage covered by misuse, abuse or normal wear & tear.
4. Customer is responsible for returning the defective product and collecting the returned product at his own expense.
5. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase as per the receipt stated.
6. The warranty service applies to product purchased in Hong Kong, and China designated area only.
7. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, English version shall prevail.
